Diana Perla

After graduating with a BA and an LLB at the University of Sydney in 1982, Diana Perla was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1985. She speaks English, Hebrew (Ivrit) and Yiddish.
Diana has been involved with the Eastern Suburbs Family Law Group for many years as an active member and as Chairperson. She is also frequently called upon to present papers at Family Law Seminars and to work with organisations such as Legalwise to provide continuing education lectures to other lawyers.
Diana has been an accredited specialist in Family Law since 1994. Specialist Accreditation is a structured, peer to peer assessment process enabling legal practitioners to be recognised for their expertise. To be an accredited specialist, a practitioner must pass a series of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice. To retain their accreditation, specialists must undertake significant additional professional development in their area of expertise each year.
Diana is also a Notary Public and can assist you with authenticating and certifying a range of documents for overseas use.
Diana is highly qualified and experienced in many family law areas, including parenting matters, complex financial matters and same-sex couple parenting matters. She provides personal service and has an outstanding reputation with the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia
